The Abatis78 smartphone complies with all applicable European Union, Swiss, and UK regulations relating to encryption technology, data protection, and consumer electronics.

The device and associated software may incorporate cryptographic functionality subject to export control. End users are responsible for ensuring that use of such technology is lawful within their jurisdiction.

The Abatis78 smartphone is available exclusively to individuals and organisations who:

• Are legally permitted to import and operate encrypted communications devices in their country of residence.
• Have completed all required identity verification (KYC) procedures, where applicable.
• Are not citizens, residents, or entities located in countries subject to comprehensive international sanctions.

Abatis78 is not available for sale or export to:

• The United States of America
• The People’s Republic of China
• Countries subject to full EU, UK, Swiss, or UN sanctions or embargoes

The Abatis78 smartphone is a hardware and software solution designed to deliver sovereign-grade digital protection and privacy.

Ownership of an Abatis78 smartphone does not confer any financial or governance interest in Abatis Security Innovations & Technologies GmbH or its affiliates.

The included Abatis® software licence is perpetual for the life of the device but is non-transferable except through an approved secondary registration on the Abatis registry.

While Abatis78 is engineered for exceptional reliability and security, no digital system is entirely immune from misuse, damage, or regulatory change.

Users acknowledge that:

• Abatis Security Innovations & Technologies GmbH provides deterministic protection, not insurance against all data loss.
• Use of the device in restricted jurisdictions or for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Updates to encryption export or privacy laws may impact certain features or distribution rights without notice.
• Abatis and Aegis operate independently of third-party threat intelligence feeds or cloud-based controls; responsibility for physical security of the handset remains with the user.

The Abatis78 smartphone includes a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering physical defects and software activation errors for 12 months from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by modification, rooting, or installation of unauthorised firmware.

All Founder’s Edition handsets include a lifetime software licence for Abatis® protection valid for the duration of the device’s operational life.
